Arrow Capital Group LLC  is a Los Angeles based developer, investor and owner. Founded in 2002 initially with a focus on multi-family residential real estate, Arrow Capital has grown into a diversified real estate firm with a deep bench of professionals and a strategically expanding portfolio. Arrow Capital Group LLC owns and manage 26 properties consisting of 24 apartment complexes and two commercial properties as well as joint venture investments in four self-storage facilities and two boutique hotels.

Investment Strategy:
Arrow Capital Group's real estate professionals identify value-add opportunities and capitalize on finding investment opportunities from sellers and brokers, oftentimes where value has been overlooked in destination submarkets where our unique approach to satisfying demand for boutique hotel and multi-family properties can be leveraged to achieve above-market returns. Investments are typically structured as a syndication with investment equity capital from institutional equity, accredited investors and financing from a variety of nationally recognized lenders and agency financing. The company’s experienced team then formulates a strategy to reposition assets to enhance the quality and marketability of the asset. Our objective is to create value for our investors’ equity in our multi-family, commercial, self-storage and hospitality real estate investments.

Acquisition Criteria:
Arrow Capital Group seeks properties that would benefit from further development or re-development, renovation, additional capital or more focused management expertise. Prospective projects include affordable and conventional multi-family assets, boutique hospitality and self-storage facilities. Arrow Capital Group is actively interested in new development, acquisitions, distressed assets and joint ventures across geographic regions.
