Our consultants are trained on a variety of structured lending products to produce excellent terms targeting all aspects of real estate investment, including but not limited to, short term acquisition/stabilization platforms, construction/development, and low cost stabilized asset programs. We’re an equity-based lender, which means we care more about the property’s merits, and don’t focus on bad credit, recent foreclosures, or bankruptcy.
